I was visiting from out of town when a crown broke off late in the evening. I was able to book an appointment and get in for a deep cleaning and to have the crown re-attached less than 12 hours later. The staff were all very kind and communicative. Anh Hoang was the dentist who did the work and I truly appreciated his skill and talent. He let me know I could take pain meds for the next day or two, but he did such an incredible job that I honestly felt no pain. My crown is back on and feels like nothing ever happened and my teeth are extra clean. Thank you!

My 🦷 Dentist, Dr. Mak was excellent. As he has been the past few times I’ve been to the dentistry office. His assistant was cordial and as gentle as an assistant can be. Alisu was her name. I got the spelling wrong. The time before that at the surgeons office, oral surgeon Sharif was excellent.. With my sensitive teeth and gums. Dr. Mak and his team made the visit as comfortable and easy as possible. Nice job! I would recommend Ballard Modern Dentistry to all!

I had such a genuinely positive experience with Dr. Mozaffarian and the entire Ballard Modern Dentistry team. I’ll be honest, it had been quite a while since my last dental visit, so I walked in feeling anxious and expecting at least some level of judgment. Instead, I was met with nothing but kindness, understanding, and professionalism. Dr. Mozaffarian was incredibly thoughtful in how she approached everything. She didn’t make me feel uncomfortable about the gap in my dental care. She simply focused on the present, clearly explained what was going on and what steps I could take moving forward. Her communication was straightforward and informative, but she also expressed real empathy and care, which made a huge difference for me. The staff was just as wonderful. Everyone was welcoming and supportive. They took the time to walk me through each part of the process, making sure I understood everything fully. I really appreciated how transparent they were and there was no confusion, no pressure, just clear and thorough explanations. If you’ve been putting off a dental visit, I can honestly say this is a place where you’ll be treated with respect, kindness, and genuine care.
