Really great experience. Dr. Jami and Alsu were both super friendly, and I appreciated the zero judgment, just a focus on keeping my teeth healthy. You made the whole visit way more comfortable than I expected.

I came in for a last minute cleaning before heading back to sea. And the service was excellent. They got me in fast did an exam and cleaning. 32 years on this earth and still no cavity’s . They then broke down my out of pocket expenses. Allowed me to approve add on to my cleaning and got me out fast. Five stars would go back.

I am new to Modern Dentistry. Dr. Mozaffarian was patient and kind with my older family member. It took several visits for a tooth to be pulled, temporary crowns, bridge fitting, and finally the bridge inserted. Towards the end of process the final bridge was expected to take 2-weeks plus to be made. It had already been two months due to slow healing on our end. Doctor Mozaffarian checked in with us several times during the process. She knew the temporary crowns were a bother to the patient and she called us immediately to let us know the bridge came in 1-week early and she fit us into she schedule within a few days. Thank you Dr. Mozaffarian! Everything came out beautifully. Several persons in the office were involved with the care of my family member and again, I can say they were all caring and thoughtful. Added benefit of their Ballard location, I was able to do some grocery shopping at PCC and Trader Joe's during our visits.
