Everyone at this office is extremely educated, friendly and caring: from front office staff to the Doctors, assistants and hygienists themselves. Dr. Hoang and Dr. Wong are some of the most brilliant dental professionals I’ve met. They are extremely thorough and precise with their work. Dr. Wong recently did a bone graft on my #8 and the healing journey has been so smooth. Her work is impeccable.

(This review has been edited to include a new section for another person at Ballard Modern Dentistry) It may seem strange to leave a review for someone not a dentist/hygienist at a dentist office. Ok. I agree. Yet, I find it entirely deserving to write this review for Jenna who works as a "Specialty Healthcare Coordinator." Any medical care/billing/insurance in the USA is complicated. And sometimes even harder to explain and manage than the medical care itself. Thank goodness for Jenna! She works closely with the dental team. She listened to my concerns and financial limitations. She patiently and clearly answered all my procedure/billing/insurance questions. She discussed options, timing. Follows up with everyone And did everything she could to work with me and my circumstances. Honestly, I'm amazed. There are lots of moving parts in modern dental care. She is coordinating all of them. And not just for the organization. For me too! No more black box dental care. It's a relief. Thank you Jenna! I am very grateful to have your thorough and kind help. All of us in this complex process are lucky to have you on the team. (PS. Obviously not written by/with AI. I type way too much hahaha) Previous Review: I've had three visits with their new dental hygienist, Tracie Tran. Their new hygienist is amazingly great. Obviously well trained and expertly experienced. Thorough. Very sensitive and cognizant to any potential pain and immediate comfort levels. She provided excellent explanations of my current dental state with clear and detailed instructions for better dental self-care. Most importantly, she has a caring heart that is deeply attentive to my feelings while under her care and my overall health. She is the best dental hygienist I've had! And that, over several decades. I wish all of them were this good. My teeth would be in much better shape. Like many (most?), I don't look forward to a dentist visit. (Free tiramisu would help.) But I look forward to seeing Tracie take excellent care of my teeth. Thank you Tracie for your expertise, humor, kindness and compassion!
