We are Ballard Modern Dentistry

Ballard Modern Dentistry has been taking care of my family for several years now. Originally Dr. Makkar took care of my father. Now, Dr. Mak takes care of me as well as my youngest daughter and my sister with special needs. Both of them have been wonderful to work with. Dr. Mak is great with my sister and I am very grateful for this. Dentistry can be expensive, but the treatment financial consultant as been helpful finding the lowest cost options for us. In addition, they have understood when I've had to put something off to save up for it and didn't pressure me at all. I am very grateful for the expertise of the dentists, and the professionalism and courtesy of all of their staff.

I came in for an emergency appointment and they were able to fit me in right away. Jenika was very nice and knowledgeable about doing my x-rays and getting me prepared for the doctor. Dr. Jami is a lovely doctor. She kept me calm and encouraged me when I felt bad about ignoring the tooth in the past. She said that it was really good that I came in when I did and to only focus on that. Her and her assistant stayed over an hour late for me to help get my tooth problem resolved. This is my new favorite dentist haha. I’d recommend Dr. Jami to everyone

I was seen by Dr. Jami- she was very patient and kind, and helped educate me on which of my dental issues could wait and which to plan for down the road. She even offered assistance when my finances were making it challenging to meet her recommended treatment plan. There were several misunderstandings that happened with the front desk communicating, signing documents, and scheduling appointments, but they followed up after my review to apologize and assure me that they would not occur moving forward.
